Hand Dyed Gradients

I am in love with gradients. Oh the delight of starting off knitting in one colour and gradually moving to another, so I produced a few for Unwind Fibrecraft retreat in Dunedin last weekend…. and the first few items have already been knitted in our Aran weight 100% squishy wool.

A New Home

Maniototo Wool now has a new home in Geraldine, South Canterbury – much closer to where our woolly producers are farmed, and also closer to our processors. Maniototo Wool Vest

Here is my new, favourite wool vest for autumn. It is knitted with our aran style Maniototo Wool – colour, Barn Red. It is so cosy and very lightweight, taking less than 4 skeins of wool. I’ll be wearing it at Creative Fibre’s “Legacy of Yarns” event in Dunedin in a couple of weeks
