We are currently experiencing very high demand and as such all of our products are now available on backorder only.
You can still place orders, but please be aware that your order will not be shipped until late August 2020.

Postage and Returns

Postage within New Zealand

All New Zealand orders are sent by NZ Post. Prices from July 2020 are as follows
1 skeins – $4.50, untracked

2 skeins – $5.50 tracked

3 or more skeins – $6.00 tracked
Rural delivery – add $4.00
We endeavour to have all website – listed items in stock at all times. Orders for these items are posted on the day that payment is received or the next business day. We will message you by email to let you know your parcel has been posted.
If there is a delay in processing your order we will let you know by email or phone.
Once your parcel has been dispatched we cannot be responsible for delays caused by the postal services.

International Postage


From July 2020 all orders will be tracked. Parcels are shipped via New Zealand Post and are priced according to weight and value.  The cost can vary between $NZ16 and $NZ32. You will be given a quote for postage. Parcels are supposed to take take 3 – 10 days for delivery but in these pandemic times, delays are being experienced.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number


North America and Europe

Orders sent to North America and Europe ship via International AirMail as above. All parcels will be tracked. The cost varies according to the weight and value of the parcel. You will be given a quote for postage, which will be from $NZ25. 
When the parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Delays are being experienced in these pandemic times, but there is some peace of mind when parcels are tracked.

Returns Policy

Exchanges, Returns and Replacements:

If there is something wrong with your yarn, please contact us

If there are major faults that have escaped our notice we are happy to exchange the item.
Be aware that variability of colour is a feature of hand dyed yarns, not a fault.

If a colour is very different from what you expected, we are happy for you to return it
so long as the label is in place and the product is in its original condition.

You will need to post the item back, and pay for return postage. Include your bank details for a refund.
